3 Kansas City Chiefs fans found frozen to death outside home of friend who 'didn't know' bodies were there

Three Kansas City Chiefs fans were discovered frozen to death in the backyard of their friend’s home, where they had gathered to watch a game. The homeowner, Jordan Willis, insists he had "no knowledge" that their bodies may have been there for two days.

The bodies of David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36, were found on the evening of Jan. 9 after the fiancée of one of the men requested a welfare check, according to Kansas City police. One man's body was located on the back porch of the NW 83rd Terrace home, while the other two were found in the backyard. Despite the chilling discovery, Willis claimed he was unaware that his friends were freezing to death on his property after watching the Kansas City vs. LA Chargers game on Jan. 7, which marked the last game of the NFL regular season.

Now, the parents of one of the three victims believes there's something nefarious afoot: "Perfectly healthy men don’t just drop off the face of the Earth," one of the victims' fathers said.

Kansas City police have been emphatic that no one is suspected of any wrongdoing and the deaths are not being investigated as homicide.
